The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) will hold its 25th edition of Education &
Careers Expo next February at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.
In this Edition, over 150 exhibitors from Hong Kong and other regions representing both local and
overseas education institutions, government departments and private enterprises; as well as
institutes providing creative and vocational education, work/training programs and continuing
education for adults and youths, will provide a convenient platform for the public to learn more
about further study paths and career options in the Expo.
The Expo encompasses two sections, Education and Careers. Country representatives,
education institutes and agents from the UK, Switzerland, France, Germany and etc. will be
providing latest update about overseas study paths and working holidays. Employers from a wide
range of industries including retail, insurance, aviation, construction, logistics and etc. on the other
hand will enable visitors to explore different career options on the market.
Another highlight of the Expo is the daily region-specific Education and industry-specific Careers
Theme Days. Dr. Simon Shum, Mr. Adam Wong, director of The Way We Dance, were invited at
the last edition; In the upcoming edition, Professor Joseph J.Y. Sung, President of the Chinese
University of Hong Kong and other experts will share their insights and experiences in the seminar
series, supplementing other workshops, exchanges and events throughout the day. A fact sheet of
